1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Membership Eligibility

• Accounts may not be transferred to any third party.
• The use of false names or another person's identity details is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Sharing, selling, or using another person's account.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in a formal warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach.

8 Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the jkj92 customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, subject to the resolution of any outstanding bonus requirements.

Jkj92 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months.

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

Jkj92's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Terms Amendment
